Crescent Moon Sunset
This one’s hot off the sensor, from this very evening. We’re having a cold snap in Seattle, sunny and 30′s in the day, mid-20′s at night. (I’m sure all you mid-westerners are rolling your eyes, but that’s cold for us.) I was out photographing an iced-over swampy area and saw this scene as I was walking back to the car. Has it been done before? Only a zillion times. But it’s still pretty nice. (This is in the Union Bay Natural Area, previously known as the Montlake Fill, an ex-landfill on the Lake Washington edge of the University of Washington.)

Where are the frost pictures? I expect some frost pictures!
Nice composition. I like the red to blue gradient.
