Frozen Pond
This photo was made possible by my newest photographic gear purchase: a pair of waterproof wading boots. To get past the vegetation on my side of the pond, I’m standing in six inches of 32-degree water, having crunched through the thin ice. The things we do for art. Actually, I think this area would make for possibly better photographs in early morning heavy fog, but getting up and out for that rare event has so far been beyond me.

This morning would have been the morning for it!

Actually, I woke up early this morning (not intentionally) and saw the fog, so I stole an hour before work to go back down there. Maybe one will be good enough to use as the Sunday blog post.
