Downtown Park Waterfall

Bellevue is a small city across Lake Washington from Seattle.  I met my friend Sherrie there for a photo outing at Downtown Park, along with the dog walkers and joggers.  It was raining off and on, and we didn’t get far from our cars.  The park is mostly a big lawn surrounding a long artificial waterfall.  This photo is of a sort of grooved ramp at one end.  I tried various shutter speeds and liked this one at 0.4 seconds.  I went for a delicate, high-key look when processing it.
