A foggy morning on Seattle’s Green Lake. My wife accuses me of paying that guy to wear red, but, honest, I didn’t (though I might perhaps have goosed the saturation a little).

Nice photo. Goes to show that you don’t need a dramatic sky to make a great photo. The conditions are perfect to depict a sense of isolation or time for self reflection for the kayaker. As you noted, his apparel takes this photo to the next level.

Thanks, guys. I was a little reluctant to post this photo because it’s a bit derivative, but I like it. As you both are saying, sometimes it doesn’t take much to convey a feeling.
